This is something I've been meaning to ask about for a while...and maybe I did and forgot so smack me down if that's the case...
On November 11th, just before 11pm, I was about to leave Ithaca for Geneva and was scanning the dial and came across a strong classical signal on 90.3FM. Confused, I waited a bit for the legal, and it turned out to be Performance Today on WCNY; there was a clear legal ID. Now as far as I know, WCNY doesn't have a signal on 90.3 at all, much less anywhere near Ithaca. I don't think this was an intermod product, I was able to listen fairly well all the way up Rt.89 almost until Ovid, when W212BA finally overwhelmed it.
So is there a pirate down in Ithaca on 90.3?
