Pirate on 94.9?

Was getting some interference on my Sirius today (I know, boo-hoo ;), which I set to broadcast at 94.9. So, I turned off the Sirius, and it was a station playing some adult contemporary and country, not in stereo. I do get Bob 94.9 from Harrisburg on this frequency from time to time, but I know it wasn't them, since there were no IDs. By the way, this is in the Broomall/Springfield area. I also thought it might be someone else's modulator or nursing home radio, but I was able to pick it up from Exit 9 off of the Blue Route all the way down Lawrence Road, and into Springfield. Anyone else out this way hearing this station?

Probably WRSD, owned by the Ridley School District. I don't think they're on the air much beyond school hours, and I know they're in mono.

They don't ID often when they are on either. I sometimes pick them up on 295 in NJ near 322 and the Comm barry Bridge.

Oh yeah, i forgot about them. Thanks for the help.
