Or were you driving close to someone who plays their Sirius through an FM transmitter and chose 94.9 as their frequency of choice?

How about a location, quality of the signal, when did it fade, etc.?
 
It was in Center City between the Liberty One and the United Plaza buildings between 17th and Market. It didn't fade in and out, but it was probably someone who had the sirius radio on that frequency.
