Pirate on 98.3?

Today I was picking up a strong signal on 98.3 FM in Plainville and Southington. There was no talking in-between songs. No liners. No DJs. No ID at the top of the hour. It went from one song. Silence for a few seconds to another song.

Some of the songs I heard were "Where Do You Go?" - No Mercy, "Be My Lover", a dance version of "Cotton Eye Joe" by The Rednex, "Wild Wild West" - Will Smith. All songs seemed to be of the rhythmic variety. The signal was strong from the lower end of West Queen Street in Southington all the way down Route 10 in Plainville where my bank is at the corner of East and Tomlinson Avenue. And the signal was strong all the way down Route 10 in the other direction going into Southington to my work Shoprite. Coming home I started losing the station going up West Queen Street getting strong bleed from 98.1 Campus Radio from Bristol.

It was there again today. Still no IDs or liners. Still a few seconds of dead air in-between songs. One of the songs I heard today was "Blue" by Eifel 65. And there was another that was played that I know the song, but I don't know what it's called. Maybe it's called "How Bizzare?" Anyway the signal got completely trampled by 98.1 Campus Radio right at the traffic light where the on-ramp to I-84 Westbound is from Queen Street in Southington right where Denny's, Starbuck's, and Bertucci's is. If 98.1 Campus Radio was off the air I'm sure I could've listened to this 98.3 station straight down to Walmart. I could hear it faintly underneath the bleed from 98.1 Campus Radio straight down to Walmart.
