I do not know who they are getting away with this one. I do not know how a translator even got licenmsed on 98.3 in Granview since they are second channel ajacent to WNCI which is another FCC no no. Its in the LPFM / Translator rules....Look it up!!
You also have minimum monthly broadcast hours even in a shared enviorment. I do not believe either party is living up to the Minimum since when I tune in most of the time there is carrier with no audio yet another FCC no no. No Audio No Carrier....
