Pirate or LP on 91.7?

I'm listening to 91.7 right now, they are playing an Imam chanting passages from the Quran, after each line in arabic, it is translated by a man with an american accent. It is coming in extremely clear. I'm thinking it's a pirate, there was no ID at 7. I live in Clintonville a few blocks away from the corner or Broadway & High.

There's a history of a pirate at that frequency. Central Ohio was allocated 91.5 so it very probably is.

91.5 will be a "real station" whenever they build it... Which will probally bump these other broadcasts that use 91.5 and 91.7 to other parts of the dial. I know there is a church in NE Columbus that had/has a "info about the Church" on 91.5.
