Pirate Radio 106.9 in Marble Falls area - What is this?

we enjoy this station out at the lake in Marble Falls & Burnet. I can't find it online & did a search in these forums and only found something under a CASA post.

Does anyone know anything about this radio station? Is it similar to the Bob, Jack, etc.?

Can I get it online?

To All: 106.9 Pirate FM is a tremendous new format that is on KHLE. It is temporarily down to move the transmitter to Kempner at our new tower site. It will be back up Friday September 5th! The Pirate FM brand will also be returning to the Highland Lakes area within the month!! So keep listening!! Pirate FM is owned by Radio Hill Country in Marble Falls ... What a joke.

Are you saying this post is a joke? It's not, sorry. I genuinely enjoyed the station all summer long on Lake Buchanon. I only found this board through google after the news of Russ Martin's girlfriend getting a protective order came out.

My wife and I listen to this station. Found it today actually. We both LOVE it. Even my teen boys like it, and, that's saying somthing. As corney and as stupid as this sounds.....This station actually made me remember why I liked terrestrial radio in the first place. It's a sense of having a best buddy somwhere spinning all your requests without asking, because he already knows.

I was attempting to tune in to 107.3 one morning a couple of weeks ago at my house in Copperas Cove. For some magical reason, Pirate FM was coming in better on 107.3 than 107.3 was! So I corrected my radio, locked in on 106.9, and it hasn't moved since. This station is awesome! Who else is going to go from Outkast into Bruce Springsteen? The people in charge of programming at the Pirate are completely insane, and we love it! I've gotten my entire office hooked on the Pirate now!
