Pirate Radio In Clarksville

Has anyone else heard this? A radio station at 98.7 in Clarksville that seems to bleed through the position. It was centered mainly near the Veterans Parkway @ I-65 area (which is mostly commercial in which I dont understand how). It was carrying what sounded like a Classical format.
 
KMW headquarters moved to Bedford Indiana in the middle of September. So its hard to keep in touch.
 
Can't say at all for sure, but I know the Masonic Home in Springfield, OH has programming on several frequencies intended for use of the residents. These transmissions (old time radio shows, old old big band music, excercise shows, etc.) can be heard about a mile away from the home.
