Pirate Radio in Sacramento

The big one was 96.5 in Sacramento for awhile but that has since gone away and is now KUBU. I don't think there's any "big" pirates in the area. Not much room on the FM band to even accommodate a pirate.
Yeah I know..I was just asking, New York as the FM band full, But it doesn't stop them from coming on
