pirate radio still on 100.1?

I thought around south Austin I was picking up talk radio on 100.1 I didn't pick up 96.3 that use to be on.
 
yes 100.1 and 90.1 are both on as I type this and yes the programming is the same. 90.1 is about 8 secs behind 100.1. I have not heard anything on 96.3 in months.
