Pirate report

(I should make this monthly listing of what's still being heard out there)

Out in New Britain this evening in the downtown region and started at the top of the dial
107.5 Hartford Spanish Religious pirate was a bit weak, but definitly there.
105.3 Very strong, I thought maybe the LPFM that is supposed to settle here some day did, but nope, it's a spanish pirate that has been on 92.9 before (associated with religious spanish pirate on 90.9, but non-religious) this downtown NB station came in strong right down route 9 until about Cromwell where it started mixing with Long Island's Party-FM.
Also checked out 103.3 which was playing Alicia Keys "No One" and not the reggae version
and checked 102.5, came in very clear. Ran out of time and didn't check anything further and was amazed at how clear I was getting party-fm tonight from the middle of Middletown.

Here in the south end of New Britain, I am getting nothing on 107.5 FM. WFCS-FM 107.7 from CCSU is barely coming in at all. Sadly, I am getting a weak stereo signal of that 105.3 station that you mentioned.

... and we still have the Caribbean / Religious pirate on 106.5 in the Bridgeport area. I have picked them up in Trumbull, Shelton, Stratford and Fairfield so I know they have more than a handful of watts.
