Pirate signal in Burlington?

I don't know how long the broadcast was going for, but I was scanning my radio dial while driving last night on Huffman Mill Road in Burlington and I caught a Howard Stern show on 87.9 FM. I only got it for a couple of minutes and then he dropped the F bomb and the signal went dark. Is someone re-broadcasting Howard's Sirius shows? Anyone else catch this? It was around 7:15pm.

You were probably driving next to someone listening to him on Sirius

They turned off, or you turned off, and bye-bye signal

Many satellite receivers are rebroadcast to one's car radio - on an FM frequence. Therefore, if you are in the proximity, and happen to tune to the right spot on the dial .....
