Pirate station in Three Points?

Ok, so soon enough when going into Three Points, Hot 983 started fading out because of interference on some 98.5 station. I was thinking it would be Vail's KRDX, but it sure as hell wasn't playing any rock, sounded like some soft pop station, with a Indian feel to it, maybe a Indian Reservation station, but heading into metro Tucson you can't get it at all becuase of Hot. Maybe it's a pirate? Or something from Sells?
