Pirates in Louisville

I spent about two days in Louisville this week in the Bannon Crossings area of Bardstown road and noticed to unkown stations. One was on 87.7 playing some kind of Regional Mexincan music. The other staion was on 87.9 playing some kind of nostagia music. 87.7 was pretty strong while 87.9 was weaker, both stations were on the entire time.... Any Ideas?
