Pirates In Lowell, MA

I work in Lowell, MA and had a few minutes so I decided to do some DXing. It turns out that there are a few pirates in the Lowell area. There was one on 95.1 FM that sounded awful and I have no idea what language it was. There was also one on 98.9 FM which I think had a spanish format. That one sounded ok. Then I heard the strangest pirate I have ever heard. It was on 97.9 FM and it was relaying what sounded like spanish soap opera's. Anymore pirate's in the area? Has anyone heard these pirates?
 
I heard the 98.9 Spanish Pirate late one night at the beginning of the summer, but I figured it was E Skip from a Florida station or something so didn't really think twice.

Some of these pirates are likely from the Methuen / Lawrence area as well. I wonder if Lawrence has alot of pirates.
