I noticed that Austin has a pirate station...I believe it was on 96.3, I could be wrong or way off. Anyways, I noticed the same problem I experience at my home with a different number of stations simoutaneously playing on unused frequencies nearby the pirate. But it was only in a certain area, somewhere after passing up Pflugerville going southbound 35.

The same guys run stations in SA and Austin and all over the Hill Country...The FCC seems to just leave them alone. Why?

2 play music, 3 have the same political talk rubbish, IMO. I enjoy the ones who play music. i moved here last june and they've all been around since i got here. i don't want to spoil the fun so i'll let yall find the others 8) 4 out of the 5 even have websites and before any of the old-timers suspect anything, no, my 100w'er never came back online since i left arkansas in '04 ;D- Status
