>>FCC agents are busy collaring unlicensed operators in other places, like Massachusetts (a 93.5 in Mattapan and a 99.1 in Lawrence)
Entercom can't have been happy about the 93.5.
June 20 notice--incident on June 7

>>agents from this office confirmed by direction finding techniques
that radio signals on frequency 93.5 MHz were emanating from the
Dorchester Nazarene Compassionate Center, 130 River St., Mattapan, MA. The
Commission's records show that no license was issued for operation of a
broadcast station on 93.5 MHz at this location in Mattapan, MA.
Heavens, the Nazarene Center? Maybe they feel they have power to run this station via a Higher Authority. I guess they collect money for charity like Haitian earthquake relief and felt that just anybody can go on air (at a certain power) should they wish to do so.
