Pittman Broadcasting files Bankruptcy

I took a look at this on the website and it looks like a personal filing for the owner of Pittman Broadcasting, not a bankruptcy for Pittman Broadcasting. Theres a big difference.
 
Pittman Broadcasting is an L.L.C. That means that it is an asset of Marcus Pittman and could be sold off and used to satisfy his debt.
 
Chapter 11. They are trying to reorganize and keep the business alive most likely. I've seen a few broadcasters file chapter 11 and things keep running.
