Pittsburgh jazz Channel

Did the Pittsburgh jazz Channel raise enough money to get the 101.1 FM signal on the air here in Pittsburgh? Their website said if they didn't have the money by the end of the year they would lose the construction permit.
 
According to their Facebook page they're still trying to raise 25 grand. But they have a new logo with the 101.1 frequency on it.
