Pittsburgh Power on 540 Fox Sports

The Pittsburgh Power Will be on This TV 4.2, and Trib Sports Radio. I Think Fox Sports 540 would be a Good on air Radio Outlet.
 
Won't happen. There's no one running 540, they don't even cover up the dead air in network feeds. To my knowledge they make no effort to sell any spots or generate any local income.

In all likelihood someone (Clear Channel) is paying them to air Fox Sports and keep it tied up so a legitimate competitor can't get it.

If the Power wants to buy the time and provide the manpower to run it that might be a different story.
