I have a question for the experts about the ratings. I was on R&R and saw that Part 2 of the Winter Ratings are out. What period does that cover? Does Pt 1 cover like Nov. - Dec, and Pt. 2 cover Jan. and Feb. or something like that?

Thanks for anyone who can explain it to me.
