WAMO 106.7 FM is stopping the music to address a serious topic; Do we take our right to vote for granted? Why is this election historical? On Sept 17, 2008 from 8:00-10PM a panel of distinguished guest from the Pittsburgh Area and WAMO's own Anji, J-Kruz and Kode Wred will be discussing why our young people need to exercise thier right to vote. Guest Speakers include Tene Croom,Director of New for American Urban Radio Networks, Jonas Chaney, Public Affairs Director for WPXI, Roxanne Banks-Williams, Education/Training Director for the PA League of YoungVoters, Celeste Taylor, Vice Chair, B-Pep and william Thompkins, Director of Outreach for The Pittsburgh Project.
