Placement of Stopsets

Is 2 stopsets per hour the norm now for CHR?  I've heard as high as FOUR, placed at :25, 38, :49 and :57.

Magic 97 in Michigan's UP (Escanaba/Marquette) runs four in most hours!  There basically is no competition, save Q107-WMQT in Marquette.
 
some stations push down to 1 stopset an hour which is a nightmare for traffic, but it creates better TSL.

The best place for stopsets are :30 and :48
