Plans for WEUS

Does anyone have any idea what the planned on air lineup for WEUS - soon to be WRSO - is? I know Doc Holliday is staying on and bringing in his old producer Skid. I would imagine they would have to have at least one more local program to make this thing work, right? Surely it won't be just a steady stream of Yahoo Sports Radio if they have plans of growing the business in any significant way.

I don't listen to that station anymore. Does Doc know anything about sports? I thought he was a CHR then a Country DJ. IMHO, I give it six months, then the pay for play will return.

They had a fairly decent chance of doing something when they had Burke, Tyll, Don Miller, The Train Wreck and Hendrie overnights. But the Tutera plan has always been build a new station, flip it and move on. Making something out of this station long-term was never on the menu.

No local mornings? And nothing local after 5? Don't they want to put the station in a restaurant? Are they not interested in having a show for the dinner crowd?

Jazzbo is absolutely, positively RIGHT ON TARGET! They NEVER had any intention, game plan or long term plan for that station. The second the CP was granted, the place was "for sale" and grossly overpriced.
