Yes I am seeing that too, when I drive to the coverage area of KJFI it displays LA NÚMERO UNO.

When I drive towards the K237AL area there is no display on the RDS.

And strange is that now the ID for K237AL mentions LA MEJOR KJOZ but after every song they play the young lady announces LA NÚMERO UNO.
