Playing Football on the River

Last night, heard the Steelers game on the River. Guess they're now an affiliate. Kinda makes sense to have them on.

It amazed me that the Steelers have been off the air in Nepa for two years. It is a great move by them. How can you go wrong. Superbowl Champs, Pennsylvania Team, a good team that almost always finishes with a winning record and a team with some high profile players. Two thumbs up to the River.

Oh and by the way go Patriots! I wish somebody had them on the air!

River had the Steeelers because the AM side had the Red Barons. Steelers go to the FM when there's a conflict with baseball.

That makes sense. I had a brief wonder as to why it wasn't on the game.

Eagles football is on 979.x again this season.

I heard the game on ESPN Radio, I think it was westwood one coverage.
