Lately it seems when I talk to someone in the Programming Department at a corporate company they tell me that they have a corporate head and/or regional director who dictates what they can or can't play. I know Cumulus sends out playlists to their PDs and they can't do anything different than that but what about others. I've heard Cox is the same way? Anyone have insight on this from inside these walls?
