Please explain why one of my threads was removed

Its an issue hitting media organizations everywhere. Where's the line between protecting first amendment with their staff and having to fire a staff member as part of the move to avoid a lawsuit or FCC investigation by one of the subjects in an op-ed, Social Media post or via preliminary reporting. I get this is one of my threads that was removed due to this. We keep having reliable publications report on stuff like this in the past week on both national with Terry Moran being removed and this the local levels in this case. In this case it's from a local San Diego News outlets opinion pages that got Laura Castaneda removed due to the situation they are in.
