I kind of doubt that syndicators and networks are in it with the idea of educating or leading the conservative public around because they need to be educated or led around.

There's more conservative talk available because it makes more money.....

Perhaps the reason conservative talk has more available programming is
because the flock needs to be led around by the nose more. That whole
inability to think on one's own.

This right here is why liberals don't turn to talk radio in large numbers, attack the format for 20 years and then expect your people to flock to it.

Wow! What a load of crap! If anyone walks in lock step, it isn't conservatives it's libs. When a liberal gets caught with their pants down, Boy, there is a circle the wagon mentality. Conservatives run the guy out. When conservatives see our politicians doing the wrong thing they are called out for it. Unlike the liberals who make excuses and defend. There's plenty of ability to think on our own!

There is crap for both sides, but I've never seen such a lockstep, on-message and unapologetic bunch ('cept for Savage on some issues) as this group of conservative entertaino-acolytes present for at least the last 7-plus years. They all can't agree that this war is a good idea, right?

In reality, they don't. But like Rush Limbaugh leading up to the 2006 mid-term
elections, he felt it was his duty to parrot the Bush Administration company line
so as many conservatives as possible would be elected. After the mid-terms,
he said RIGHT ON HIS SHOW that he was tired of carrying so many conservatives'
water and he knew they'd get their clocks cleaned. So, all of these talkers- Rush,
Hannity, O'Reilly, Medved, Hewitt, Savage and so on, all spend every day on their
shows ripping anybody who's opposed to the war. And, many of these supposedly
moral, conservative christian folks are lying through their teeth every day.

It's called being a hypocrite and it's something the right excels at.
