PLJ Drop 'You Guessed it, lying..'

I consider myself a voice chaser.. I like to identify minor characters played by popular voice actors. For the past ten + years PLJ has been playing drops taken from an old late 90's radio spot. 'That's a Lie'... 'That's a big Fat lie'...'You guessed it, lying'. It was a funny read the first time I heard it, and it still gets a laugh out of me. But recently, it just hit me...Is that Tom Kenny reading this spot? It sort of sounds like his announcer voice from the Clone Wars TV show. I hadn't heard the clip in so long, it just hit me.

Sort of an odd ball post, but I'm curious now :)
 
Not completely on topic, but on "Chopped" this week, the female judge said "His intestines were cooked perfectly"...funny to hear from another room...
