The Tampa one will not because Cox already has an EAGLE there, I think it was the first one. The EAGLE Cox put on in Jacksonville got off to a quick start.

I may have been a little too whiny or harsh on country music, but I hate country music. There, I finally said it. Are you happy now?

So now, everyone thinks I am a city slicker. I take that as a compliment. :)

By the way if this board had spell checker or grammer checker, maybe my posts won't look so stupid. I was just angry last night that 106.9 The Point became Classic Hits Eagle 106.9 instead of what I wanted it to become (Vulcan 106.9 Alternative Rock). But like the Rolling Stones song says, "You can't always get what you want".

I wish the Point had become more Jack-like. It was intended to
go that direction, and hopefully still will to a degree in
time. Tried to get it in that direction. I agree that Vulcan
would have been a good name and anyone seeing Vulcan would
have thought about the radio station, but that makes to
much sense. And don't feel bad about the fun we poked at
you about the spelling/grammar. I am with you on the Country
Music and I'm in Music City. Some of it is okay. But, I'll
take any form of rock. If that makes me a city slicker,
damn proud of it. And Nashville is a great city. So it
works for me.

I think it would have made them Pointy-ear joke fodder... but that's just me.

The Jolene Blalock part I get, but how does the cheesecake figure into this? :-{<P ID="signature">______________
