Poor quality on THIS WHDH 7.2 Boston

Anyone else notice the poor quality on THIS on WHDH 7.2?

Not sure when it started to look like this, but it appears to be a lower quality digital/bit-rate wise.

I'm sure it's them as I checked both on Comcast and OTA (at 85%)
 
Are you talking about certain programs or the whole feed? I have noticed some movies and shows that look horrible, almost like watching through a thin layer of water, but I have always chalked that up to the movies and shows being old and shot in SD.

The whole feed - it wasn't like this untill recently.
