In Chicago, here's what's on the subchannels of CW, MyTV, & Independent stations.
WCIU (Weigel Broadcasting)
26.1 The U - Independent (HD)
26.2 The U Too in widescreen (also independent, but time-shifted programming, & programming exclusive to The U Too), simulcasted from LPTV station WMEU-CD 48.1, which carries the HD version of the channel.
26.3 MeTV (simulcast of WWME-LD 23.1) (Weigel Broadcasting's own network)
26.4 MeToo (same as MeTV, but only for Chicago with programming that is also available on Antenna TV)
26.5 Bounce (Bounce moved to 26.5 on November 1, after Weigel Broadcasting turned over the programming of This TV to Tribune Broadcasting. Was carried on WWME-LD 23.2, & will also remain on WWME-LD 23.2 for now).
WGN-TV (Tribune Broadcasting)
9.1 CW (HD)
9.2 Antenna TV
9.3 This TV (subchannel created after Weigel Broadcasting gave up their 50% stake in This TV, & This TV moved to WGN-TV)
WPWR-TV (Fox Corp.)
50.1 MyTV (HD)
50.2 Movies (a partnership between Fox & Weigel Broadcasting, with Weigel Broadcasting programming the network, but Weigel let the network be affiliated with Fox owned stations first, & only affiliated with Movies themselves in Milwaukee WI & South Bend, IN, since Fox owns no stations in those markets)
50.3 Mundo Fox (simulcasted from WOCK-CD 13.1, which carries the HD version of the network, & on a station that most people can not get the HD version)
I would not overall consider Mundo Fox a popular network among the general English speaking viewers, but it's there.
As for network stations:
WMAQ-TV (NBC)
5.2 Cozi TV in widescreen
WLS-TV (ABC)
debateable, but 7.2 Livewell Network in 720p HD, & SD simulcast on 7.3
