Porsche Foxx gets community service, probation for DUI case

Former V-103 afternoon jock Porsche Foxx is serving a 36-month probation, 240 hours of community service, a small fine and alcohol rehabilitation treatment for a DUI case from last December, according to a plea agreement on the DeKalb County court Web site dated August 19, 2005. The plea also said Foxx (whose real name is Stephanie Calhoun) was to serve five days in jail starting Sept. 5 though I've had no success reaching Foxx or her attorney to confirm whether she served that time or not.

You can access the case at http://www.ojs.dekalbga.org/ under "criminal cases" and make sure you mark "all" in the search function. Type in her name Stephanie Calhoun and the case should pop up.
