Port Arthur station sale announced

Apparently Ralph McBride did get his asking price. KOLE 1340 is being sold to Birach Broadcasting, based in suburban Detroit, for $450,000. Birach owns stations in Michigan and in the Chicago, St. Louis, Pittsburgh and Washington DC markets, most of which air ethnic programming.

McBride retains KRCM 1380 Beaumont, which currently has a construction permit to relocate to Shenandoah with a tower just south of Conroe.

Maybe another Business Format? What happens to 1320 when BizRadio's lease runs out at the end of this year? Are they going to buy it from Multicultural or shop for another signal? Could this be that signal if it's the latter?
