Portland's Christmas Music Radio

and the word is "Christmas."

WYNZ went wall-to-wall and tree-top-tall at 1pm today (Wednesday 11/21) and i also notice that WHOM is also 100% Christmas music.

i know - i know... there are those who will find alternatives, but at least keep this in mind -

it's not just "holiday" favorites or "holiday" music - it's "Christmas" music on both stations.

eggnog for everyone! (and the key word in eggnog is "egg" - one of the more enlightening "holiday" stories of the week about a local dairy being taken to task for not disclosing the "egg" in their labeling of "eggnog.")

OPW: recommend a good year for any 4 dollar vino to spike one's nog with?

oh - and Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Chuck
LOVE the Christmas Music
No One has gone all X-mass up here YET????
But Hey Tomorrows Thanksgiving
Joe Mc Millan

i'd say 94.5 and 92.9 aren't that far off, and maybe 102.1 too...i think 101.3 in augusta is all santa now leaving 107.9 in skowhegan as the lone AC not headed in that direction (they didn't last year either)

And don't forget about The Bay. CLASSIC Christmas tunes. ;D

Joe...

I caught "The Bay" (AM 1400 and AM 1490) over the weekend.

What I found very interesting was the Christmas music pumped through TIME WARNER CABLE. Talk about variety...it's in there! ;)

Bah humbug Sir Chuck!! That's nothing compared to horseradish without the horse. (It must be a Vermont thing.) A merry CHRISTMAS season to you! :D
