Here is a big Shock to most people, i'm actually going to say some positive thing about montgomery radio.
Here it goes:
WBAM:
Great Staff, great station, i do believe Terry's Gang is making it's presence shown in Montgomery, the new afternoon guy Lance is very entertaining and balances out the station very well. i was suprised and thrilled with the PR event WBAM threw at the VW dealership that concluded with a convoy of bugs heading to the premiere of the newest Herbie movie, congrats to Justin, Kandy and the rest of Bluewater broadcasting for that, i listened in and heard about the convoy taking a bunch of kids, was it for Camp Smile-a-mile or something else?
WQKS:
Alice has been doing very well, nice mix of music, with a tweak here or there it could have the makings of a contender with 95.1 the fox.
WACV:
i love how WACV has picked up the oldies that were dropped by cool 104.3 late in 2004, but i miss the talk format.
WJWZ:
for as long as this station has been one the air over the years, it has never lost it's step along the way, Al Irvin does a helluva job running the station just as good as if not better than Hot 105.
WHHY:
Y-102 has finally begun , in my opinion, to get back to being the legendary station that has always been. the addition opf Steve Smith and Scott E. Mack makes for a great sounding station.
i went to shorter to catch the Ronnie Milsap concert with a friend of mine, i have to wonder if bluewater could make those strobe lights on the bama country van any brighter??? i mean geez, who needs spotlights for the stage when they could have just had justin point the van at the stage...ha ha ha.
well i've said what i needed to say, i promosied positive comments, and i hope this is a positive as can be.
