I am just wondering when Car Internet will be available or released in new cars ? I think once Internet is adopted AM-FM radio will probably fade out as distant radio possibilities will be overwhelming. Thoughts ?

it still has a way to go. there is a company in australia that has developed technology for this.. but having major issues. i think the secene needs to first adapt to the pocket pc/cell phone wireless technology... then move to wifi in the cars. its definatley going to happen.. but not anytime soon.
______________

There is a wireless receiver available, but it needs a nearby wifi connection to work. It is developed by Intel, if you run a search on it you may be able to find it. I found it back in February.
______________
