Possible pirate on 92.1 FM blocking Crusin'?

I was driving home from work on Thursday going through SW Philly and listening to Crusin' 92.1 WVLT which usually comes in loud and clear in the car. At the intersection of Island Avenue and Bartram Avenues, 92.1 abruptly cut out and a profanity-laden talk show boomed over 92.1 with two African American males dropping f-bombs left and right. As soon as I reached the base of the Platt Bridge, the aforementioned profane African American males abruptly cut off and Crusin' abruptly cut back in. Anyone have any idea what happened? Something skipping off the rain clouds since it was rainy that afternoon, or low-powered pirate in that area? What do you think?
 
Was it the usual evil whitey, anti-white chatter they all get off on. Or just the typical F this and that, they love to spew. If it was AM I would say it was a skip from WURD, which is very close to that intersection, and has no regard for any FCC rules and regs.

Sure as hell wasn't me on 92.9 with my low powered operation. Plus, I'd say f**k on air.

It was an F this and that kind of chatter. Both males talking were using f**k repeatedly. They sounded like ignorant morons. Has not happened since, so I'm guessing something to do with the storm clouds.
