Possible problem for WBYU

Driving down Rover Road in Metairie yesterday I noticed the tower was taken down except for a 20 foot section at the insulator base the top was missing one or the connector legs. Could have been storm damage and pose a minor problem for the possible sale of the station.

On google maps/streetview, it appeared to be in the middle of a construction yard or some kind of oil-field service operation. So, Isaac did the damage? Or was something thrown against the tower secondary to Isaac's winds? And in what kind of shape could an AM ground system be when its in the middle of a construction yard? I don't know if this is a stupid question or not since I'm not an engineer. ;D
