Post your latest DX

Yep, that they must be. 5 kW instead of 49 watts. Clear slogan at 10:30 p.m. CT of “AM 580 and FM 93.3 The Ranch,” and right back into country tunes. Rockwood is a bit outside of Knoxville. Saw the tip on the DXWorld.com bcb log; apparently 780 WCKB, Dunn, N.C. is also on day power. Can't tell here with WBBM a local.
Both true.
My DX on the Central Indiana (Edinburgh) SDR.
780: WCKB Dunn NC on high power w/ Southern Gospel even w/ WBBM.
580- WXRH Rockwood TN (local for me) fading up. WIBW, Topeka KS faded up w/ Kansas City Chiefs promo. Also WGAC Augusta GA, and dueling Bill Cunningham shows.
610-WTEL, Philadelphia (the old WIP), Black Information Network
620-WJDX, Jackson MS, ABC News, Bill Cunningham

***I've heard WXRH much stronger on the Edinburgh SDR. It is local to me. Dunn was even at times with WBBM.

ZNS-3 reception confirmed here at 12:29 a.m. CT in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, matched to the Boca Raton SDR, where ZNS-3 is a local, as well as the ZNS-3 stream, which was a bit behind. Distinctive music (Nat King Cole and Lou Rawls, I think) really helped cut through the hash in the null of WGY. Sony ICF-2010 and Tecsun AN-200 loop used. Barely there with the loop, didn't hear it pulling the loop away. Came in pretty well from about 12:10 to 12:32, fading out now.

AM No. 537 (second of the night), fifth station on 810, and best of all, country No. 10. Thanks, Chris!

I'm also hearing 810 ZNS-3 around 3am CT in south Mississippi, along with WHB Kansas City in the background. WCKA Jacksonville, AL is also audible when pointing the radio northeast.

720 KDWN Las Vegas is currently running 50kw and the Mark Levin show, taking out WGN (running a sports broadcast at the moment). Hey, first Nevada catch! They kept identifying as 101.5 and 720 KDWN, and I had an I-15 traffic Report, plus talks of the Flamingo hotel. Strong at my location with the factory radio on my 2005 Jeep Liberty in Cheyenne, WY.

About an hour ago, there was a small smidgen of skywave from KUBC Montrose, along with KSTP, but nothing else, for about 45 minutes.

Finally, KZMX Rapid City seems to be up to full strength as well, AT LAST!

Took a tip from @CADXER @ente and @tvnut (thanks guys!)

Logged ZNS-3 810 kHz tonight 1/17/2022 10:30 pm. Poor but audible with WHB nulled. Contemporary / pop-like music that matched web stream.

On 1390 kHz logged KCLN Clinton, IA with legal ID 1/17/2022 9:30pm followed by promo of Ag report and oldies (Neil Sedaka- Walking in the Rain). Poor with match to web stream. “Listed” night power of 91 watts.

During same time, heard distinctive Texas County music on 1390 KHz (not KBEC) fading up occasionally. Only other station with this format would be KULP El Campo, TX.

ZNS3 Bahamas booming in again here in Chicago on 810 kHz at 8:10 pm CST.

and yet another night of absolutely utterly noise filled garbage reception up in the 49th state

I have to null WGY to get ZNS-3, but it's there, about the same strength as Sunday night.

Meanwhile, WDYS Plano, Ill., ye olde WSPY Batavia, was good enough to get on a car radio in the southwest suburbs of Chicago this afternoon with 250 rompin' stompin' watts. I'd say they pass the performance test. Much improved over the backyard longwire in Batavia.

Now trying for KIXZ, because why not!

New:

940 kHz KIXZ Amarillo, TX 1/18/2022 2125 CST weak with Joe Pags talk in WYLD fades. They don’t send much signal my way.

1680 kHz WPRR Ada, MI 1/18/2022 2153 CST. ID “You’re listening to 102.5 FM The Ride WPRR”. Modern music // web stream. Usual KRJO not there.

Well for us outside of Alaska the auroral conditions sometimes open the frequencies for new logs. Last night for example, instead of CBW on 990 I was able to get WDEO Ypsilanti, Michigan. And of course instead of WGY on 810 Bahamas was in with quite a good signal again.

In Houston last night it seemed very south-oriented for the most part (including logging ZNS3), but there were some interesting exceptions. Most notably, WCBS was in strongly, completely dominating a frequency usually covered by KRVN and semi-local KJOZ. At the same time, next door on 890, Cuba was dominating a weak WLS. On 760, WJR was way underneath XEABC, while on 780 WBBM was strong. Very odd.
