Power 100.3 and Wave 104.1 in MYB

How is it that these 2 stations have the SAME VO guy?! I know Wave has used it longer than Power since Power just signed on recently. IMO it is the most OVER-used VO on an Urban/Rhythmic station (100.3), but sounds weird on a classic rock station (104.1). Probaly not a big deal but it really irked me.

Wave just got their new voice guy within the past week so I think maybe they didn't know Power had theirs. I never listen to Power so I didn't realize that they now have the same guy. Mix just got a new voice too within the past week or so.

Well if WAVE just got a new VO within the past week, then it must be different than that of 100.3 A few weeks ago, wave and power were using the same VO.

They definitely are the same right now. I guess Wave has had their new guy a bit longer than I thought. It's interesting nonetheless the way it worked out.

Yeah, but think about it.. Power and Wave have totally different demographs and listeners with very few people that ever listen to both stations. Listeners dont notice things like Voice Overs anyway, I would make a bet that 99 percent of their listeners didnt even notice the new Voice Over guy. Anyway, does Power 100.3 stream yet, id like to check it out.
