Power 96.1 afternoon drive.......

So, now that Power has finally established itself as a viable radio station one has to wonder....Why are there no afternoon traffic updates? Now, I'm more curious than ever after hearing of the plane crash in Dekalb County that may shut down 285 until 6pm today. I've heard numerous times where the EAS automatically cuts in to warn of severe weather, plus they give those (pre-recorded) weather forecasts all day long. Why not at least tap into iHeartMedia's Total-Traffic system...(is that still a thing?) Anyway, I realize Power's younger audience but, with a cume audience of over a million, it just doesn't make any sense that Power is the only station during PM-drive without traffic alerts especially on a day like today. Any Thoughts?

Heck, even if the station had the same cume as Nash Icons, putting on traffic updates from the other iHeart stations shouldn't be too cost-prohibitive.

Dyran Ducati was the traffic reporter at one point of time at POWER 96.1. Heck, even OG 97.9 runs traffic update during morning and afternoon rush. STREETZ 94.5 only doe sit in the mornings.

Yes. I still hear him in the mornings during Scotty K and Riley. I don't recall if I have heard him in the afternoons after Seacrest goes off air.
