This is a great move for both DJ Clue and Power 105.1. I like
Cherry Martinez BUT, she can't compete with Funkmaster Flex during
that evening time slot. Clue definitely can. They needed a "Bigger"
named radio talent in that time slot and now they have one. I have
already heard some verbal jabs being thrown Clue's way by other Hot 97
air personalities.

Emmis Communications R&B/hip hop WQHT (Hot 97) New York has temporarily hired G Unit's DJ Whoo Kid for their Monday night mixtape slot. Whoo Kid is taking over DJ Clue's previous Monday Mixtape Show slot with Pow! Radio from midnight -2 a.m.

Whoo Kid also drives Hot 97's Takin' It to the Streets on Sundays midnight-2 a.m. with DJ's Camilo, Envy and Absolute, in addition to G Unit Saturday's on Sirius Satellite Radio from 10 a.m to 8 p.m.

"I'm happy that I have the opportunity to promote my creative craziness," said Hot 97 DJ Whoo Kid.

DJ Clue recently moved to Clear Channel R&B/hip-hop WWPR (Power 105.1) New York as their evening personality.

We all know that Funk Flex has held the Hip-Hop throne for evenings in NYC until now but will that change since Clue has gone to Power?

I think some of the audience will go to Clue's new show (for the surprise/competition factor) but I think Flex's audience will mostly continue to listen to "The Kingpin!"

I gotta go with Flex, Clue is cool but Flex is well,....FLEX. Power was smart though to lure him anything was better than "Cherry Bomb" she was bad in Boston and even worse in NYC

I dont think Sweet "Cherry Bomb " was bad in Boston . She is better than anyone who is now on WILD-FM Boston . I wish Cherry Bomb will come back to her home town ( Boston ).<P ID="signature">______________
