PPM AND NEW MARKETS

So, If I'm not mistaken by the end of this fall, all Top-50 markets will be PPM, correct?

What's the plan for 2011? 51-75?

Are they trying to do 25 a year?

No, not quite. A couple did not buy in, the biggest being market 14, Puerto Rico.

Accreditation.

It's debatable whether the PPM can be cost effective in many markets under #50. In fact, there are even a half dozen or so markets in the 51-100 that are not even on continuous diary measurement.
