PPM encoding on Webstreams

It works the same as terrestrial PPM. Stations DO become PPM ready, but unless you have astronomical listeners..not visitors, WITH a PPM meter, then you won't even show up on the ratings. Radio stations live streams don't count towards on air ratings.
