PPM Pre-Currency...

Can you clear up something? I thought PPM was starting June 1. So are the numbers you are talking about early (maybe testing equipment) PPM numbers?
 
where are they posted? Unlike other arb numbers, i cant seem to find them in the usual places - R&R and All Access

That's because its so-called "pre-currency" (whatever the hell that is!) Gotta love how Arbitron just makes up their own rules as they go...
