PPM Prelims!

Keep in mind that these numbers are totally off of the meters and do not contain any diary information.
That being said, where is 1480? Did they install the encoder yet?
1160 gets its first real numbers. A good start. .3 equates to a weekly cume of 31000.

Of course. It's still interesting and good for discussion.

I don't think they have. Otherwise I'm sure they would have shown up, if little stations like WQRT and WOBO did.

They would have probably pulled their usual .8 - 1.1.
Maybe their is a fear of the unknown........
Without installing the encoder, they can sell their old numbers which is a known quantity.
I do believe that the old numbers get "locked up" and cannot be sold off of, in December.

Let me start by saying I work on the agency side and have no connection to 1160 or 1480. I'm sure the 1480 folks will be fine when have the equipment installed.

On the summer book 1160 cume 1,000 12+ prime time 6a -7pm per week and 1480 shows 25,000.

That's just prime. I am familiar with the staff of both operations. 1480 is growing- 1160 good thing you have other stations (out of state) to prop WQRT up.

Just stating the obvious.

Hmm...Radio 94.1 beating Kiss too? lol

The Rebel doesn't show up at all (unless I am missing it), although they are mainly targeting Dayton - I know I am a dreamer but wouldn't it be a nice Christmas present to have The Sound make a return and to be on that frequency? Will never happen though....

Funny as the summer book was still a carry over of WDJO's numbers. QRT was barely in format then.
The current PPM numbers totally belong to WQRT and, although not big, the .3 equates to a cume of 31000.
They'll do just fine as will WCIN/WDJO.

I'm not surprised with Q beating KISS. I think that's going to happen quite often in PPM. Q has a great night jock too.

Agreed. Jon has really come into his own since getting the nod to nights on Q. And he's got time to improve - he is very young, in his 20s.

Well he sounds pretty big city on Q102 and sounds MUCH better than VT'd Hurley on KISS.

Agreed. By "improve", I'm only saying the old phrase "there's always room for improvement"...
