Channel 96.1 is kicking Kiss's rear end after the first weeklies and it has carried the whole station. CBS must be loving it another Paul Schadt debacle for CBS I couldn't be happier for them
 
I knew it. I knew Channel would be ahead of Kiss but the question is: How will Kiss respond. They're morning show is so phony. They need to take the B96 (Chicago) approach. Kiss 95.1, get to wurk!!!
 
Channel 96.1 is definitely sounding better than Kiss... the morning show being local again completely changes the feel and vibe of the station -- whether there is more excitement and by the look at their facebook page there is, but they're perpetuating it and creating some too which is good too!
 
^ I totally agree. Channel's playlist is awesome (a good balanced CHR playlist), and the station's execution is fantastic. It's a really fun listen. I listen to Channel instead of B-93 here in Greenville. Sounds much better than Kiss (their music pitching is really annoying, to me).
