Thank God! KBSG wasn't that great in recent years but this stations sounds VERY promising if they play what they are focusing on now.
 
I agree. They should play their music in stereo and re-image the station as Q-105 (follow the Tampa blueprint for a very successful station)
 
I think they should work out with CTRC moving 104.1 CHRR Vancouer to 104.3 and move 104.3 KAFE to 104.1.

Canada allows 3rd ajacent channels while US don't so technically 104.1 can move to 104.3 without any interference with 104.9 CKCL-FM2.
